The rules established by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. apply to sales contracts stipulated outside of commercial premises. 206 (Consumer Code) and where applicable by the provisions of Legislative Decree 04\/09\/2033, n. 70, which provide for the possibility for the buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal. These rules apply to natural persons, i.e. consumers, who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. Purchases made from retailers and companies are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.
\nThe consumer has the right, within 10 working days of receiving the goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal. This right consists of the right to return the purchased good to the seller and the consequent reimbursement of the purchase price.<\/p>\n
