All product purchase contracts concluded, through the aforementioned site and according to the procedures indicated below, between the seller and the buyer, will be governed by these General Conditions. The conditions contained in this document may be modified without notice and will be valid from the date of publication on the site.

Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

The contract stipulated between www.gocciaumbra.com and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by www.gocciaumbra.com. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way.
By placing an order in the various ways provided, you declare that you have read all the information provided to you during the purchase procedure, and that you fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.

Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.

Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to people and/or things, caused by non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

Prices

All prices on the site are intended as retail prices and, therefore, include VAT.
Goccia Umbra reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice.
The packaging is included in the price; and Goccia Umbra reserves the possibility of promoting special offers with discounts and temporary price reductions.

The rules established by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. apply to sales contracts stipulated outside of commercial premises. 206 (Consumer Code) and where applicable by the provisions of Legislative Decree 04/09/2033, n. 70, which provide for the possibility for the buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal. These rules apply to natural persons, i.e. consumers, who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. Purchases made from retailers and companies are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.
The consumer has the right, within 10 working days of receiving the goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal. This right consists of the right to return the purchased good to the seller and the consequent reimbursement of the purchase price.

The information entered on the website www.gocciaumbra.com faithfully reproduces that of the manufacturer of the goods included in the catalogue. www.gocciaumbra.com therefore, reserves the right to modify product information to adapt it to that provided by the manufacturers, without the need for prior notice.

The message reiterates all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document.

In the event of non-acceptance of the order, www.gocciaumbra.com guarantees timely communication to the Customer.
